Was late to the party on this last year. Does this get wide spread distro on LI? I saw on Beer Menus that a place in Queens has it for $24. Fuck that. I got a six pack in VA Beach over the summer for about $8 and they had cases and cases of it. So will it be available or do I have to convince my wife to go back to VA Beach next year?
It just so happens I was wondering the same thing... See, last year there was some issue with the name Narwhal, and it simply wasn't distributed here, AFAIK. I figured that's all behind them now, so I emailed SN, and got two responses, on the 15th and 16th, respectively: Thanks for reaching out regarding Narwhal for Long Island. The Narwhal, along with some other specialty products - Northern Hemisphere Harvest and devESTATEtion ale left the brewery on 10/7 which means they will be landing at our wholesaler on Long Island today or tomorrow. You should start seeing these products later this week or early next. Please keep in mind that these products aren’t as widely distributed as Pale Ale or Torpedo so they may be a little more difficult to find.
