Nashville Beer Fest

    Will be in Nashville this weekend and noticed the Nashville Beer Fest is also this weekend, http://www.nashvillebeerfestival.com. Anybody been to any of the previous 4 that can make a recommendation if this is worthwhile or not?

    I volunteered at the first one when it was on Riverfront. It was a MAJOR cluster. To be fair, I haven't been back since they moved it, so kinks might have been worked out.

    Not impressed with the list of breweries, unless there are some local ones that make it worthwhile

    Like I mentioned in previous post, I haven't been since the first one so it could be much better. Only based on my experience, I would spend the time and money going to the taprooms in the gulch area (yazoo, TN Brewworks, Jackalope, etc) and places like Black Abbey. Just my .02 cents worth.
