Will be in Nashville in a month. Curious how good the beer selection is at Mellow Mushroom downtown. And are there other places walking distance from Mellow Mushroom that have good selection of local drafts? Thx
City Tap House is very close by and will have a better selection than Mellow Mushroom. Yee-Haw Brewing is a 10ish minute walk away, then you have Tennessee Brew Works, Hi-Wire, and Marble Fox(all breweries) another 10 or so minutes past that.
Your best beer selection on Broadway is Broadway Brewhouse, City tap is a block or two away closer to Gulch area. Those breweries he mentioned are in Gulch as well, but you could go to Germantown north of Dtown and hit Bearded Iris, Monday Night and Barrique and then you are closer to East Nashville to hit up Smith & Lentz, Southern Grist, Living waters and such. Id venture that way , better breweries and Local to Nash mostly. Marble Fox is worth a visit too.
