Heading to Nashville in a few weeks staying on the east side near the airport. Looking to find stores that have a good mix-a-six selection or let you buy singles. I'd love a place out east, but we'll be headed downtown a few times as well. Any help would be great! Cheers!
Near Airport (only place that I know of): Music City Liquors 2282 Lebanon Pike, Nashville, TN 37214 Homegrown Taproom 2720 Old Lebanon Rd, Nashville, TN 37214 20 beers on tap (no cans, but > half are local)
Within 10 miles of the airport is Craft Brewed. They have an excellent selection of locals and sometimes hard to find stuff & 30 on tap. They do singles and crowlers, My go to place when I'm in town. https://www.craftbrewednashville.com/
Craft Brewed is a must. Red https://www.redspirits.com/ is also a great place with a large selection. They also do crowler/growler fills. Both places allow you to buy singles of anything as well.
What’s the current scene looking like? Will be in town in 3 weeks. Have visited several times before, but it’s been about 2 years. Anything new worth Checking out? Bearded Iris Germantown is a must for me, but interested in checking out new taprooms, bottle shops or beer-oriented bars. Thanks in advance, cheers!
For new definitely hit up Barrique, also Monday Night Brewing just opened a taproom near Bearded Iris in Germantown. Bearded Iris and Southern Grist both opened new taprooms that are worth checking out. BI in west and SGB in east Nashville.
We just hit Southern Grist, East Nashville and Yazoo. Also discovered Sinkers Beverage. All were great.
Bump. Heading here this weekend. Anything in stores locally that's distributed mostly in the south (not upper midwest) that's worth seeking? Thinking anything from Asheville or Florida or elsewhere that I can't get in Michigan? Thanks in advance.
