Definitely Bearded Iris. If you're going into Williamson County (Franklin area), definitely check our Mill Creek Brewing Co. They have a pretty impressive facility and they're right by the original Martin's BBQ (best BBQ in Nashville).
Only Bearded Iris if you very specifically like (thick) New England IPAs. Which are delicious to try once in a while. I've only been there twice, but I see their name all over this forum and think visitors should know that they mostly do one kind of beer. I wish I had known that before taking a group there. That being said, I went back on my own because I was in the mood for just that style, and it was good. Where should I go for something a little more West Coast (IPA) style? I tried the Tennessee Brew Works 1927 and it was top notch. Anybody else doing anything like that of note in the Nashville area? Also, I love me a clean and tasty Pils, English Milds and maybe a Gose. Any recommendations for anything like that?
