Natick/Framingham tasting group

    Based on the "keep it small" thoughts expressed in the thread regarding the Boston area tasting group, I figure I'll get the local ball rolling, see if there's any interest.

    I'm in the Framingham/Natick area. Any interest in that local area in setting up a tasting/sharing group?

    Plenty of specifics to work out, but no harm in gauging interest!

    Sounds like some solid interest... shocking, what with good beer and such being the topic!

    Seems if there's solid interest, next idea would be when, where, etc...

    Wow- I had anticipated having a growler from Jack's Abbey around (generally pretty likely in my fridge!), but would be even better to hold something there!

    'Course, I would assume that you guys @ Jacks Abbey would make sure you wouldn't get into any trouble or legal issues for hosting something?

    Weekends would probably work better for me, and I'm thinking that might well be the same for most of the other interested parties? Fridays? Thoughts?

    Sounds like we've got the basis to get something rolling...

    Very generous offer from Jacks Abby! Weekends definitely work best for me too however I'd love to do it any night soon before my kid is born if possible! I have some good stuff I've been waiting to share with some fellow beer lovers.

    yikes, a tasting group at jacks abby? maybe everyone should just chip in for a limo? i'm thinking driving home could be a challenge...

    Jack's back nominated himself as organizer by posting the thread. I am of the belief that a quick conversation with Jack's Abbey and then a posted date and we are off and running.
