      Box breakdown:

      All weekly winners will get 2 of the small box (44-72 oz)
      The extra 2 small boxes will be given to 1st and 2nd place season winners.
      Season winners:
      1st - 15
      2nd - 10
      3rd - 6
      4th - 1

      I'll start a new thread next week for announcements and hauls (eventually)

    Okay, we have 37 with the addition of Rusel_G. That makes the box breakdown: 15, 11, 6, 1 with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd receiving an extra small box each. This is officially closed and I am starting a hints, hauls, reminders thread.

    I think it would be nicer to give 4th place an extra small box since they are get so much less than 1,2,3
    also what happens if for the weekly or final if there is a TIE
    what are the tiebreakers?

    I would be good giving all the boxes to 4th place
    i am still little confused after looking at the tie breaker usually they just do Monday Night closest total pts
    also which one do they use for the season it is talking about fantasy pts?

    I'm OK with giving 4th some or all of the smaller boxes.

    As far as the tiebreakers, I think the weekly tiebreakers are fine. But for the season standings, I'd much rather use highest weekly score instead of just using week 17 score.

    Most of the time, there's only 1 mnf game. opening week there are 2. im pretty sure "fantasy points" just means your weekly point total. for example if you trailed me by 1 point going to week 17 and we ended up tied, you would win the tiebreaker.

    I see the benefits/reasons to use that method, but I just selected the yahoo defaults. we can look at changing it next year. maybe lowest standard deviation of weekly scores would be a good way also, reward consistency.

    Tonight's games were a bit dramatic for my picks, but I'll take the end result.

    Week 1 is always ridiculous, lots of luck involved. Im saying this because I finished 3rd from last! HAHA for realz though, picks get harder as the weeks progress and we know who is good or not.

    I feel like, personally, the first week is the hardest to pick. Once you know who's for real (I will not pick the Steelers with 12 again) -- they get easier. But we'll see what happens from here on out. It's a long season.
