I would be in for this. Always love getting introduced to other people's local breweries that I may not have heard of.

I would be in as well. I love doing locals, gets tiresome when everyone is looking for whales bro.

Havent played in a BIF in a long time. I love to get my lips on beers I will not see short of travel or trade. Set a minimum $ / oz requirement and get it on.

Count me in. Do you want a private message sent to you or is this good enough to express my interest?

I hate to be 'that guy' but since this is locals-specific, just a suggestion to keep an eye on how many people from any given area are getting in on this, not suggesting a cap per state but just make sure it isn't too heavy from one location.

I am in if you count growlers. The breweries closest to me don't bottle or can yet.

It looks like we are nearing 30 people for this so I'll make a spreadsheet and start working things out today to logistically see how this will work out

    Min Req- 3 options
    144oz(growlers are fine)
    216oz(growlers are fine)
    Opinions -

Personally I see the 144 as a solid number. If for any reason others see this as too much or too little let me know either pm or post. I aim to get this started and give everyone a target by the weekend, so everyone has this weekend to get what they can.

Shipping should ensue within a week and a half of Monday? Monday being the 19th? Does everyone see that at a solid time or is Monday too soon? Again opinions please pm me/post.

Max req should be imo 1.75x the min. so at 144oz it would be 252oz.

Minimum 144 oz sounds good but personally I think that shipping window is pretty quick. Especially for a group of 30 people. I might extend it an extra week or two til the first week of June. Just my .02... Cheers

I agree 144oz is good. If people want to go a little higher, go for it, but I think that's plenty. I'd say start shipping the 26th and give a couple weeks. Holiday is coming up and people will be in and out of town so hard for some to get everything together.

The 26th is Memorial Day, so nobody is shipping that day... A shipping window makes sense, though. From no earlier than X/XX to latest of X/XX(3 or 4 weeks seems to be reasonable).

Is it too late to participate in this BIF? Would love to be able to contribute some local stuff from Chicago.
