My box should be arriving tomorrow. Decided on a WANT, a local sour Favorite with no distro/on sight purchase only...and now sold out, and a bottle that doesn't come to the states.

I like your style. Sounds like a radical box.

If I had to guess on the no distro/on sight only bottle and I was right I would say its also a favorite of mine. Sounds like a solid box heading to someone tomm.

Wow, I didn't think it was an obvious one. It has under 10 reviews on BA...and all of them were from bottles I either shared or sent to trading partners, tasting groups.

    Boy howdy!

My box is going out today. Complete with what I know are 2 top wants and one should always be a want. I traded for everything in this box and I sure hope my target enjoys it. It should be a short trip, likely 2 days.

PS. Ryan you better be sending me whales :grinning:

Today's hint: we have traded before.

Oreo: all depends on the Wales you're sending me!

My box should be delivered tomorrow--
    Contents include;
1 12 oz brewery only release that I rated higher than 4.8
1 750 ml beer from Belgium that I rated even higher than that.
1 750 ml beer from Belgium that is made with beer from my favorite brewery.
All 3 are wants, 1 is a top want that my target has "missed out many times."

The box is traveling to a state where I've attended a brewery only release...

Also, no one whales to Oreo. He has too many already, and he never shares them...

Ok so it was a tough decision on what to send but i hit 3 wants all from east of my target.
    W/G ratio is 4.80

All three bottles are lighter and in my opinion very very good.
Rdev average is 4.35 with the lowest and no more than .10 apart.

I could have sworn my box would have been delivered by now. My state boarders the state of my recipient.

Sweet! Arrived home from a loooong day at work to find a box from Ryan waiting on my doorstep. I figured from your hints that I was your target, but now it's confirmed! The haul:

    1) A sweet labeled (the image is a nude roman looking woman w/ round breasts clutching a goblet) local sour I had no idea was made, let alone even bottled. Hell, I didn't even known the brewery bottled period! The sweet treat: Triumph Sour Belgian Golden. Can't wait to give this one a spin!
    2) Another sour I have not had, though I've had others from them I've loved: de Cam Kriek-Lambiek. Big fan of cherries and Krieks, so this will no doubt be a great bottle.
    3) And the want: a beer I've not been shy about praising despite the nay sayers: Veritas 009. Man, I love that beer, so I'm happy to have another.

As Joe said, I like your style too, Ryan! Thanks for a great box. I don't know which I'm most psyched about, which is high praise! Probably the Triumph, just because I had no clue of it's existence, and it's local. There are way too few local sours around these parts.

    Thanks again!

Awesome. So glad everything was received and my homemade box stayed in tact! lol

So the Triumph sour: there's 3 locations. The New Hope, PA location has been known to bottle a few beers from time to time. This one was released a few months back...I believe there were quite a few cases bottled. I found it pretty sublime...I'm a big fan. For those who are curious:

The De Cam Kriek-Lambiek was a stunner. It was quite a surprise when my Belgian contact notified me about it's release. He sent me 2 bottles...and told me that I shouldn't sit on them too long, that it's better consumed fresh. I opened a bottle about 2 months ago, and while very low carb(almost flat)...the flavor is fantastic. Don't be surprised by the super dark color...almost like blueberries were used(lol).
