Didn't you have it last year at TJ's at the local meet? Someone brought a bottle to share...

Was that only last year? It seems like so long ago!

You had so many listed, I had no idea, so I went with ones you hadn't tried that were rated well. I found a Japanese sour on a site, but when I emailed the store, they said they were all out.

hint 3: All three beers I'm sending out were picked up at my local brewery within the last year during different months. The recipient wouldn't be upset if they received all three of a particular beer that is available right now in their box, but that would be too easy.

Was it that Hitachino sour? The earthquakes knocked the fermenters over on a tilt so they just left them open to ferment naturally. Pretty cool really.

My box will land tomm in a city whose headquarters makes one of my favorite snack/junk/dessert foods that taste great with milk. The box will be on the outskirts of a major city that i will be visiting to take in some history of americas pasttime sporting event.

    The eagle has landed.

A box just arrived at my house and Alewatcher has done a great job. Two beers I have had and absolutely love, one I have been pining after for a few years. The haul-

Oude Gueuze Tilquin a LAncienne 750 mL (Love)
Jolly Pumpkin LaRoja Grand Reserve '11 batch.(Love even more)
Cantillion Fou Foune '11 (Fuck yeah)

Now the hard part will be prying them out of the cellar and into glasses. Thank you sir, this is a well tuned box for me and my tastes.

And a box has just landed somewhere! Final hint: my target is lucky enough to have received another box from me from a non-sour BIF in the past.

My box is on its way. My target participates pretty frequently in this thread. Some might say he "says a lot of things".
Box contains 2 vintage 750s and 1 2012 375ml. All bottles are wants.

Quite a few flying this week, exciting times. I'll be getting my last bottle this week and sending it out by Monday or Tuesday. Luckily the journey isn't too far, so it will be there by the weekend...

I just awoke from a work coma, and decided it was time to get on here and sort myself out. Holy hell I had to read for like half an hour to get caught up, and now made me feel totally lame. The good side is after reading through all of the excellent beers that are already flying around has got me pumped!

Putting the finishing touches on a box that I'm planning to send out mid-week next week. For my end, I'm going to echo everyone else in the love for the Belgian sours especially Cantillon - my favorite brewery too! I know from the thread that I'm not alone, but I just really want some good beer. I always love the stuff I can't get here (hint hint - we have no Shelton Brothers distributor in Seattle).

For my target, I've got your hookup and the best hint I can give: My target lives in my hometown where I lived my entire life until about 2 years ago, and although I don't think we've ever met, I'd venture a guess that we know many of the same people.

I'm visiting a couple of great sour beer towns in the next 5 days, and although my box is essentially done, who knows what I'll find in Beervana or a little town outside of a conference I'm going to in Sonoma County. Any way you cut it I expect my target to end up happy.

    Cheers!
    Jeff

Too many hints, I can't keep up. But I am excited to get some beers, and should be wrapping up the last of my target's box over the weekend, sending it out next week to a state that made waves in public transportation.

My box is heading out tomorrow. I have a bunch of beers on their wants, but not real impressed with them, so I decided to get them things they may like. One of the beers the bottle says 54/204 and some one else in this biff was looking for one to send out. All of the beers are from states that start with the same letter. It is not "C" or "N" however...Oh and they are all 750s
