NBS BIF #1 hints

Hint # 1 - crossed the river to eat and drink beer in your state, several times.

 

I do not care what I get. I will like whatever it is, I promise. Just send what it is that you like. This is fun! My target is to the north and east. That's all for now. Oh, and I'm sending some Carolina goodies only.

 

Sorry for the confusion - should have told you that the crossings were after hanging out with Herman the Sturgeon.

 

Hint #3 - My target's first and last name begins with letters in the first half of the alphabet.

 

My target is in a state that achieved statehood prior to 1890.

 

Hint #1: My target is somewhere north of my latitude and will be getting some special love from the corner of the state. Pretty sure none of you have had their beer, so I'm excited to spread the word since their beer doesn't leave the corner. Got something boozy and barrel aged. Got something light and crisp too.. Still shopping though!

 

Mountains run all up and down the east coast: Poconos, Catskills, Alleghanies, Appalachians, Smoky, Uhwharries, Brushy. What the hell! Somehow all of this fits together, I swear.

 

Assuming geographic loyalties, my target's NFL team would have to win their division in order to make the playoffs. This is still possible.

 

Damn Adirondacks! I was moving along an imaginary map in my brain, which pharted! Check out The Uhwharrie Range. Purported to be oldest on earth. Every time I go down there I find artifacts and see no people.

 

My hint for my target: Westerner that I really wished I lived in their state!

 

I've been to my target's area but only for a day visit.

 

I could connect my target with Varys the Eunuch in like... three? steps? Yeah. Three steps. Same number of steps would get us into the second act of The Hobbit, via the same route.
Same number of steps and an almost the same, but slightly modified route gets us to an NBA hall of famer (just inducted this past year) who won a title in his final season, but never played for my target's home team. He also won a bronze and a gold medal for the good old U-S-of-A, bronze in Seoul, gold in Atlanta.

 

My target lives in a state I have never visited......

That was a first hint, didn't want to give too much away

Still a buncha days to go, I haven't even received my target's address, so there's that too, only know the state.

But here's a "better" hint. My target's state has more than 7 letters in its spelling.

 

Just sat down and looked through, I still have no idea who my sender is. Made me want to give a bonus hint.
