    That's a thing, right? You win but you send the winnings straight off to someone more deserving, which then also creates tons of extra madness?...!

    Well then, I must come clean - that's not my doggo.

    I'm actually dog-less as of late last year. I keep browsing local shelters, but just haven't met one to replace ol' Chase. Yet. In the meantime, I'm living vicariously through my best friend since he adopted a 1 year old husky. She's a handful and a riot, but a blast to be around!

    I'm very sorry to here that. All the best thoughts heading your way. These things are very tough. We did not lose another one this winter, but we thought we might when our pug had to undergo a series of surgeries. So sorry.

    I knew if I tagged you that we could backyard bully you into joining the madness. I'm the newbie here - don't you want to show me how to do it? :wink:.

    I appreciate that very much. Chase was a good dog, but on a slippery slope to having very, very little quality of life. We enjoyed our time together, and that's what matters.

    Haha, safe bet and well done! I felt like I missed out when I skipped round 6. Although I think round 6 fell right around the time of my marathon last year, and round 5 fell right around my half marathon last year... you all just love to entice me to drink when I'm trying to focus. I'm at least in for this round!
