    Olde Hickory's Wheat Wine is outstanding. HUGE barrel presence. Big fruit. Perfectly sour.

    It is one of the most damned complex things I've ever had.

    Hi-Wire and Zebulon are your best bets IMO. Screw Wicked Weed, and Fonta Flora's are much more hit-or-miss to me than the other two.

    Are all breweries that I’d recommend most any sour/wild offering from that you can either find in distro or that’s brewery only.

    If you are in the Triangle area, Barrel Culture, Bhavana, Bond Bros, and even Lynnwood have started making some stuff that’s definitely worth trying and in bottles.
