    Today:

    10-er 18: crisp, nice galaxy hop presence, clean for belgian yeast (good for me)

    10-er 19: ipa w el dorado. Bit dank, i.thought it was kind of lemony. pretty dry. Disliked at , but by the end of the sample.

    Sea hag: saw people underrating this succulent, fantastic IPA *in real time*. "Why get that, it's always available?" Uh, b/c it's a week old and excellent?

    Coup beans coffee oatmeal stout: picked up a growler.

    In their defense, you can very frequently find 2 day - 1 week old hag in cans in New Haven county. You can't really find the other 3 anywhere else.

    Tener #18 is fantastic by the way... Was surprised how well the galaxy flavor works with the Belgian yeast.

    Blondes aren't usually my thing, but this is a really nice beer. I agree, I wasn't sure how the two would work together, but they totally do.

    I like 19 a bit more, but I'm IPA-biased.

    I will be passing by NEBCO in a few weeks on a Friday, unfortunstly they will be closed when I pass through. Is Amity Liquirs my best bet to grab some fresh NEBCO? I know G-Bot will be hit or miss but I'd like to at least pick up some Sea Hag.
    I may just have to delay the trip so I can fill some growlers.

    Highly doubtful since it was just out in February. However, they do like to release something special right before the big holidays. I'm keeping my out for what they put on Friday and Saturday. Fingers are crossed for Coriolis.

    Coriolis has not been on for a LONG time. It was about this time last year that they released Locust Reign.

    They might have run out of their 2014 southern hemisphere hops... Hop harvest down there is March/April... Will probably start to see the southern hemisphere hopped beers in the coming months....

    yeah, having only had it once, i don't want to say it's my *favorite* NEBCO IPA... but... it was really amazing.
