I've got one last bottle one sitting in my fridge at this point, but I wouldn't really consider that aging it since it's only about a month old. The brewers specifically mentioned that it'd probably be a dumb idea to hold onto them for too long and the label has a similar bit of advice that drinking it fresh is the best plan. Asides from that I can't speak to how it's changed over what limited time there's been since it was released as I had a bottle the night it was released and haven't cracked another since then.
