Trying to get a vertical of this together but having trouble figuring out what bottles are from what year.

I have a bottle from 2010 (I think) and I've seen bottles over the last few years it seems the label is getting brighter red compared to what I have.

Anyone have a full vertical or know the differences between the bottles from year to year?

    Thanks

I would ask them directly as well in case a BA doesn't know. http://www.facebook.com/NebraskaBrewingCompany
This is a bummer of Nebraska Brewing Company's reserve series. I really wish they would bottle date. Let me know if a photo of the currently on the shelf label would help you any, I can get that.

I messages them, I'll post some pics for the community as well, too bad I can't do this from my phone. (site update?)
Also anyone with a 2009 bottle (whatever it looks like) I would love to do a deal and would make it worthwhile

I have a bottle of the '09 in my cellar. I know this because I kind of remember when I traded for it. Oh, also, it says "2009" in the upper right hand corner of the label. :grinning: If I recall correctly, late 2010 is when the Reserve Series started seeing wider distribution, I know Black Betty at least showed up in Wisconsin around then.

For sure, the 2009 definitely has a date on it, knew that shoulda been more clear.

I passed on it a few years back, it sat at my local store, I was hoping to fit it into my budget at some point, then I fell in love with barleywines only for it to dissapear.

Im getting info from Nebraska on the other bottles as well as the differences between the Black Betty vintages.
They'res alot of Black Betty hanging around NYC and I'd be much more apt to buy an aged bottle for 25$ so I dont have to sit on it.

I hate when things I once passed as routine disappear (I'm looking at you, BCS).

My '09 is yours if ou want it.
