    Hi Gang...
I know someone who is going to try to home brew a clone of the Neder Export (Forchheim)... any idea of the malts used?

    Much obliged! Prosit!

No idea of the exact malt bill but just by guess I'm going to say that most Export recipes will be 95-98% (Weyermann) Pilsner malt and maybe a bit of Vienna and/or light Cara malt. The main differences will probably be in the yeast choice, water chemistry and lagering method.

There is a German Brewing (home brewing) group on Facebook who seem to know the recipe and techniques for every bier going, so you should give that a try.
