    Another vote for Mild. My last one fermented out in 3 days

    something like

    OG 1.036

    Marris otter 80%
    Crystal 80 15%
    UK Chocolate 5%

    Hop with fuggles/williamette etc
    14 IBUs 60mins
    1/2 oz @15mins if you want

    mash @158F

    english ale yeast, I use notty , s04 might be a wee bit better

    Can't go wrong with this, or any of BierMuncher's recipes for that matter. There's actually a thread that has a tally of how many gallons of this has been brewed. (currently at 3520)
