Need a DC Store that will Ship or Deliver in DC

    I'm sorry to bother you with this but I've got a dear friend who wants to give a mixed case of great beer to a relative in D.C. He won't let me just give him a case and ship it. He wants to simply contact a store in D.C. and have it done locally.

    So, what is the best store that has a website where I can pick bottles. My friend will then follow my advice, purchase bottles and get them delivered.

    Sounds a bit crazy, I know, but any assistance here would be appreciated.
