    I'm a North Carolina native, living in Seattle for the past 22 years, and am planning a trip back. Could you give me a quick take of your top three "Can't Miss" breweries in NC?

    Depends where in NC youre going. western portion of the state? Wicked Weed, Foothills, and Olde Hickory. You could do pieces on Charlotte (NoDa, Olde Mecklenburg, Triple C) and the Triangle (Steel String, Trophy, Crank Arm, Fullsteam).
