    Starsan is a pretty forgiving sanitizer if you don't go crazy and dump a proverbial metric shit ton of it in.:rolling_eyes:

    Thanks! It is exceptionally juicy. I am actually quite impressed with the results and so are my friends who have tried it. Not to knock local breweries, but most comments were something of the sort "its sad that this is better than most of the stuff local breweries here are putting out and you made it in your garage"
