Hey all, I've been home brewing for 4 years in the US (Nashville, TN), and moved to HK couple years ago (also home brew here). Recently I had this idea to start a nano brewery at my hometown in Tianjin China. I noticed the craft beer culture is growing in China, especially Beijing and Shanghai. But I wish there are more craft beer options in Tianjin (30 mins away from Beijing). Personally speaking, the craft beer is the only thing I drink when it comes to beer, and I truly believe that there are lot people in Tianjin would appreciate that, if they have the options. Anyways, I've been always doing home brewing of all grain (5 gallons size). I just wondering if I can get: - 2 of 20-25 gallons brew kettles - 4 of 20 gallons fermenters - 1 of 20-25 gallons mash tun - and other accessories (pumps, wart chillers, etc...) If there anyone with some experience can share some advice, that would be great. Thanks a lot. Steve
Have you looked around on the ProBrewer website? The also have a forum, but tend to avoid the "same old general questions", so check the forum archives for similar questions before you post.
One important thing you need to consider is the water profile of your tap water, it would be important this water would be soft, it is cheaper to raise alkalinity than to low it down.
