Need help choosing a fruit for a wheat brew

    All I did to the fruit was warm it up to room temp. I fermented the base beer for about 10 days until the krausen fell and just racked it onto the fruit. Fermentation started up again and i let it go for another week before cold crashing for a week and keging.
