Anyone near the bronx that can help me cut my keg top off want to use it for brewing? Plasma cutter would be good. I have a mini saw but I dont think its strong enough. Thanks
I've gotten three legitimate kegs so far personally. One came from a bar owner who held on to a keg from a defunct brewery for a few months too long 15 years ago, and since the brewery went out of business he was no longer able to return it. The other two came from a distributor who sold me kegs that they couldn't reuse due to a dent in the top of the keg, but as I was going to convert them to keggles I was glad to have them. An angle grinder with a jig has made the best cut for me so far. I had a friend use a plasma cutter on my other two, and the finish was much more jagged and rough than the smooth cut I was able to get using an angle grinder. This video was my inspiration
