Hi folks. I originally posted this in the South region section then realized I should post it in the South-Atlantic region for the Florida members.

I will be visiting Disney World from Monday, July 14 to Friday, July 26. I will certainly be sampling many of the fine beers that are offered in the parks. But my wife and I are putting together an order of food and drink through Garden Grocer. For those of you who may not know, Garden Grocer is a service that delivers groceries to you after you place an order online. We will not have our own transportation while visiting Disney World so this service is perfect for us.

However, Garden Grocer's online beer selection leaves a lot to be desired but they do take special orders if they are given three days notice. Can you guys tell me what good Florida craft beers should be readily available in Orlando/Lake Buena Vista markets on approximately July 11ish that I can request from Garden Grocer? I'm not looking for whales - I'm looking for availability. Ideally, I would like a 12 pack - one bottle on average for every night I will be there. I just need something to take the edge off a day in the parks. Are there any good variety 12 packs that should be easily available for this grocery service to find? I just want to try something different that I can't find in Michigan.

Please throw out any and all ideas. I will be sure to do a little review myself online to see what may be to my liking. Thanks.

EDIT - I actually read through your entire post and now I get it lol.
They should be able to get Jai Alai, but who knows where they are going for beer. I'd just try to get whatever CCB has available at the time, but Jai Alai is always around.

Ditto - ask them to get a couple of six packs of anything by cigar city. They have them at Publix and also local liquor stores like total wine, abc, knightly spirits etc. varieties include jai alai ipa, florida cracker white ale, maduro briwn ale, helles lager, invasion pale ale and they may have some seasonal stuff like cubano espresso brown ale or cucumber saison or homefront ipa...pretty much anything by them is good

Unless I hear from some other folks, I'll play it safe and ask for anything from Cigar City. I know I can get Jai Alai in the parks and my resort so I will probably try to get something else.

    Any other suggestions?

If you like saisons, you can get bottles (can't remember if they are 22 oz or 750 mL) of Saint Somewhere Brewery. They make some pretty good Belgian-style ales. They are out of Tarpon Springs FL on the West Coast. You can find their beers at Total Wine and probably some other liquor stores.

I tried a couple of beers by Orlando Brewing (Right on Red Ale and I-4 IPA) but was not impressed enough to seek them out again. They were decent though.

Not sure but you might get Due South up there too. Cat 5 IPA is solid.

I don't think Due South has made it up to Orlando yet. Plus right now you can't even get Cat 5 on local shelves. The Saint Somewhere bottles are 750's and run around 10-11 a piece.

Due South is in Orlando, however most of the locals know to buy it as soon as they see it. I've been able to score a few Cat 5s, but typically find an empty shelf where it was at every place that gets it in.
