hey folks! i could use some recommendations; here's the context: my sister-in-law (NYC'er) loves some hoppy beers, but is starting to suspect that she has an allergic/adverse reaction to Cascade hops. things she knows she can't drink (because she has bad reactions to): SNPA, Bronx Pale Ale, and Harpoon IPA (all of these are also unpasteurized, so I want her to test out non-columbus-using unpasteurized ales to see if it could be a problem with a yeast). I'm encouraging her to go to a homebrew supply store and brew a cascade hop tea to test out her theory, but also wanted to point her toward some non-cascade-using tap offerings around the city. are there any good single-hop or otherwise known as non-columbus options for her that are pretty easy to find on tap or are otherwise non-pasteurized? thanks much!
