Greetings BAs, I need help building a 1 gallon recipe for an imperial stout. What types of malts, hops, proportions etc. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Boil off rate does not change significantly with your batch size. So, if you boil off 0.5 gal on stove on a full batch, you'll boil off 0.5 gal on this batch too. Just a heads up so you don't end up shy on your volume.
