Hi everyone! Here's my situation: I have a homebrew contest coming up on June 19th and I've been thinking all day about what kind of beer I want to brew for it. I finally settled on an India Red Wheat/Red Wheat IPA, whatever you'd like to call it. Problem is, I'm still totally in the dark about forming recipes. I've messed around with Beersmith a few times but I've only ever plugged in recipes I've found on the internet and tweaked those. I found an ingredients list from one brewing company called Pyramid Breweries and it reads as follows:

    • MALTS:
2-Row Pale Barley, Red Wheat, Caramel 40, Munich 20, Midnight Wheat
    • HOPS:
      Zeus, Nugget, Simcoe
    • DRY HOPS:
      Simcoe
    • ABV: 7.8%
    • IBU: 70
    • SRM: 30
I'd really like to make this beer with these ingredients. If someone could help me out with the ratios that would be fantastic and I could get started getting these ingredients as soon as tomorrow. I'd like to only do a one gallon batch if possible. Thanks in advance!
