    Ok here's the plan:

    Citra .5 oz 15 mins - 20.3 IBUs
    Citra .5 oz 10 mins - 14.8 IBUs
    Citra 1 oz 5 mins - 16.3 IBUs
    Citra 1 oz flameout
    Galaxy 1 oz flameout
Citra 1 oz dry hop 7 days
Galaxy 1 oz dry hop 7 days

    total IBUs 51.5

    Thanks again y'all.

I did a Galaxy, Citra combo on an IIPA. Turned out amazing. Used the Galaxy for the bittering and hopbursted with the citra and dryhopped with both. Very yummy combo!

I would recommend upping the specialty malt and/or mashing quite high. In my experience a lot of lower abv hoppy beers end up with a thin body and lack malt complexity.
