Although they are not a very trendy or well known brewery in Denver, I had the Fire Water Pale Ale from Ironworks in Green Mountain last night and I really enjoyed it.

Slightly off topic but I had NITRO Chocolate Yeti last weekend at Great Divide and it was fantastic.

Big Choice in Broomfield has a Poblano Stout in tallboy cans. Its a decent beer but didn't deliver as much heat as I would have preferred.

Broken Plow in Greeley has a pretty good chili beer. No bottles but they do have growlers.

Just had a Crystal Springs Solano Chile beer, and it was pretty good.

Also NOT Colorado, but Mr. B's has a rack deep of BOMB! Does Prarie distribute to WI? I honestly don't know. All I care about: Wisconsin=New Glarus.
