HI There... am helping a restaurant/bar try to put some nice las vegas brewery beers in his place. Can anyone make any good suggestions for about 6-8 beers he could purchase from his distributor? Wanting a nice array of flavors! Thank you !
If they can do it, I'd say Able Baker, Big Dog, and Tenaya Creek. Any/all of those would be great IMHO.
Many of my favorite Las Vegas Craft Beers are seasonals, so not sure if you are looking for permanent tap lines with a few rotating lines. Noting the food served would also help determine a few of the styles pairing best with your restaurant bar. Would check out 595 Craft Kitchen, Pub 365 and The Silver Stamp to see the variety and taste a few. @Schmittymack lists good breweries and I'd add Neon Desert which distributes and brews good to great beers across many styles. I'm hit or miss with North 5th, but the hits are really good. Hop Nuts is known for their old school Citra/Mosaic hopped beers. Those are the places and beers I'd try.
