Going to be in town this Friday (29th until Tues May 3rd).

Need suggestions on how to try and plan out my Saturday (30th). Will have basically one day to make into an all day brewery/shopping/drinking experience.

    1. Open to suggestions on how to best attack this day to try and hit the best breweries/tap rooms and do a little beer shopping as well.
    2. Also looking for suggestions on which places have the best current tap lists?
    3. Also open to any possible IP trades as I can bring tons of Atlanta/Georgia goodies like Creature comforts, etc. Let me know!

    thanks in advance!

Missing an important piece of info... you never said where you're actually going. In town where?

I would do the Goose Island Clybourn / Binny's Lincoln Park combination. Lots of great beers at GI Clybourn that you'd never otherwise have, and Binny's has the largest selection around for beer. If you want another bottle shop, I would suggest The Beer Temple, and Revolution Brewpub is a little ways down the road from them.

There are a ton of bars/restaurants that will have good beers on tap as well...Kuma's, Hopleaf, Local Option, Links, and on and on. I'm partial to Kuma's/Local Option, and I'm not a fan of metal at all, which is all they play, so that says something about how much I like their food/beer. I would recommend hitting up Piece for some New Haven style pizza, and they brew their own beer.
