I have a keg of Founders Imperial Stout that is about 25% full. I am running out of room in my kegerator and was wondering if I can take that one out an cellar it for more room in the kegerator?

As long as you don't mind accelerating the aging process, sure you can.

cellaring a keg is not much different than cellaring a bottle. So if you would not be opposed to cellaring a bottle of Founders Imperial Stout for however long, feel free to do the same with the keg.

Sure. As long as the keg has remained pressurized.

It wouldn't matter if 95% of it was gone.

The headspace in the keg is co2. it doesn't leak out, unless your keg is broken, so you won't lose pressure (the beer will remain carbonated). There's no oxygen so the beer won't oxidize.
