If for some reason you and Jason can't connect...maybe we can  I'd love to do some market research!

Awesome opening night at the new venue. The extra space made it a lot easier to maneuver around. But old habits die hard and towards the end of the night, there were still crowds close to the bar, some things never change!

Tons of fine beers, about half of those up on Wed. night were imports.

    My faves were
    Lia Fail
    Galaxy
    Black Dragon cider
    Hobsons Mild
    Vital Spark

Can any BAs or NERAX folks advise if the Hill Farmstead Edward cask or Smutty IPA cask was served on Thursday? Nothing on website or Twitter I could locate. I'm going back tonight, possibly Sat day sesh. Cheers, p

Completely forgot to look ... 100% focused on UK ales last night. I assume Edward was not on as no one was drinking any around me nor talking about it either.

I'm not on the cellar team, but from what I hear Edward will most likely be tapped on Saturday.

Veterens will tell you that you get what you get - and if you want something specific, you pretty much have to commit to showing up a few times to get it. Its just luck of the draw if you only attend one session. - but there will be plenty of beers in good shape on saturday to choose from.

Thank you. Good to hear you get inside quickly.
We have wifi but it's spotty. I can get to Twitter, but updating the website has to wait until the next day.

Yeah each day it doesn't go on I like my chances better, if it goes on and I miss it oh well. I will be drinking mostly UK stuff anyways, love trying the new stuff each year.

Beer lists are updated as of close on Thursday night.

For those of you planning your wishlist for Saturday, the beers listed as "in the hall" will be tapped tonight and tomorrow.
I think two beers were put on the boards by mistake (mine, btw): AFAIK, Smuttynose IPA and Fyne Ales Jarl have not been tapped yet.
Several of the beers listed above as BA faves kicked last night. Good job!
We also had a couple of last minute additions: Cape Cod Pilsner and Redhook Summer Ale.
    Cheers!

Bummer, but still plenty more to look forward to tonight.

This is my personal opinion, but UK beers I would suggest trying tonight and Saturday would include: Adnams Bitter, Fullers Bengal Lancers, Fyne Ales Jarl, Highland Dark Munro, Kirkstall Three Swords, Mallinson's Ivy House Pale, and Windsor & Eton Conqueror.

Beer lists are updated as of close on Friday. We expect tap all remaining beers in the hall today, but I can't tell you which sessions will get which beers.

I was there Fri and Sat evenings. Favorites were Brecon's Pale Beacons and Fyne's Jarl. Also of note were Celt Experience's Golden, Hobson's Mild, Ludlow's The Boiling Well. Old standbys from Fullers and Harviestoun were in great shape.

Saturdays are well worth attending IMO. There were about 20 UK offerings on, more from the US. Only a few kicked while I was there.

HF Edward, Mallinson's Ivy House Pale, Hambleton Nightmare Porter were all highlights. A pleasant surprise was Wandering Star Mild at Heart.
