Network Protocol Error

    @Todd For some reason, I've been getting this error when I try to refresh the page, it's only on this site. If I hit Retry it loads the page without issue. I don't know if it's a Firefox bug or what - any ideas?

    I just tried it with FF , & Edge. Both fine. :thinking_face:

    On what operating system, and are patches up to date? Is Firefox up to date? Do you just get this from your home network or all networks (if system is mobile)? Is it Wifi or wired? Do you have a problem from Chrome?

    One thing to do is clear cache and cookies, the restart your browser. You'll need to re-login to BA and other sites.

    I don't get the error consistently, only occasionally when I refresh the browser. I work in IT support, OS (Win 10 Pro) is up to date with all required patches and Firefox is the latest version.

    It just started happening in the last week or so and it's not a big deal since if I just hit retry it works. I personally think it's a FF bug or a bug introduced by a recent Windows update. I just changed the tracking blocker settings to see if that takes care of the issue. It was set to Custom, I changed it to Standard.
