Boulevard is good on Belgian Styles (and is now owned by Duvval). Their Bourbon Barrel Aged Quad is unique and delicious.

While I am an IPA fan, there are certainly other styles in any good shop in MA. Mayflower Porter is excellent. Trillium makes a few very nice Saisons. Medford isn't too far from Night Shift and Mystic, who make several Belgian style beers.

I think it's going to be tough if you expect to find Abbey-style ales from the US as good as they are from Belgium. American dubbels/tripels/quads that measure up to their Belgian counterparts are just few and far between. Plus, those Belgian breweries are readily available at any well-stocked bottle shop here.

Now, there are lots of breweries in the US that make excellent Belgian farmhouse style ales. Not all american beers are IPAs (although sometimes it seems like it). Consider embracing farmhouse ales or american stouts or any other myriad of styles brewed very well here.

As one Medfordian to another, welcome to Medford! The tips so far in this post are spot on for the area, Atlas in Medford, CBC in Belmont (or the smaller one in Winchester), and the trip up Rte 28 to Redstone in Stoneham are probably your best bets for those actual beers you mentioned and beers like them.
Also, keep an eye out for what's on tap at the Cambridge Brewing Company in Kendall Sq Cambridge. They make very nice beers across a whole range of styles.
And if you were serious about home brewing again, check out the local home brew club The Boston Wort Processors (among others) and the closest supply shop to Medford is on Mass Ave in Cambridge called The Homebrew Emporium.

Ball Square Fine Wines in Somerville has all of those Belgian beers, and fairly regularly. It's on the Somerville/Medford line, and is by far my favorite bottle shop in the area. They do the best job of balancing price, fresh stock, and variety. And the beer manager there is the most knowledgeable I've spoken with at any store in the area, and he specifically can speak to and love Belgians.

They also do mix-a-six packs if you want to try some random Belgian beers you haven't had before. And if they don't have something you want, they can try to get it.

You might want to try Cambridge Brewing company's Triple Threat. Supposedly the first Belgian style beer made and sold in the US. There are many other belgian styles produced at the brewpub which isnt very far from you.
