Greetings brothers (and sisters) from another mother!

Hope this New Beer Sunday finds you doing well and taking care of mommy dearest.

This will be short and sweet as I've got a lot of Mother's Day festivities in the works.

    1. Drink a NEW beer
    2. Write a review (paste link) or give us a good description of your palate cleansing ale/lager goodness
    3. Post a pic if you are so inclined
    4. "What's in your fridge" or "What I'm going to drink after I get done brushing the kitty" type posts will be subject to public ridicule and scorn

I hope everyone has a Happy Mother's Day and NBS!

    Peace, love, and malty-ness,

    ***New American Blonde Ale!!!

G'day Matt and to the rest of the NBS-ites!

Absolutely gorgeous day here in Casper with plenty of sunshine and now 64F heading towards 74.

    New beer review is here:

It tastes more like a good Pils, like I said in my review, but whatever. I liked it.

Greetings and Happy Mothers day fellow NBSers! A beautiful, warm, sunny day here in the Fourth Corner, temps are supposed to be a bit over 70 and a few early clouds have left the area. I'm starting my NBS a bit early as one of my locals, Boundary Bay Brewery, opened early brunch. Since the Mariners were playing an early game against the hated Evil Empire, I figured I'd come in, grab a plate, and watch some baseball (M's up 2-1 in the bottom of the 5th). I had this very nice Pale Ale for breakfast before I left the house: http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/1043/78667 . It's not going to replace Mirror Pond as my everyday drinker, but it's a very nice take on the style that I'll certainly have again.

Sounds nasty! THen again, I've never had (that I know of) a beer in the style of "black & tan," so that could be what it's supposed to taste like.

    I'm back!!!

Two weeks off from beer certainly makes my heart fonder of this sweet nectar.

Beautiful Mother's Day in West Michigan. Warm weather, blue skies. One handed crepes were a hit at breakfast. Time to get back in the saddle and review.

This one from Arcadia is a "hit" in my book.

Low 70s, sunny and with a mild breeze in the city that was jam-packed with Bloomies last week. Been giving my kitchen a major cleaning, but paused for lunch, which I then followed up with this:

A very tasty DIPA, one I hope SN will make on a regular basis.

    Southern Tier Gemeni. Excellent.

    Supplication. I guess it's called 'sour' for a reason.:slight_frown:

1 winner, 1 not. both new to me.

    Cheers!

    New Wild Ale Sunday.

Got to check out the most recent Lips of Faith offering from New Belgium, Tart Lychee. LOVED IT. I do believe its my favorite wild ale I have yet to sample. Good stuff!

Also tried Dry Dock's Barrel Aged Strong Ale and Victory's Summer of Love. Yet to review though.

    Red IPA Sunday.

A nice candy flavored brew from Sam Adams. East-coasters must get this all the time, but it's new in my region.

Nice beer, lots of caramel flavors with that pine bitterness.
