I'd add Black Raven's Splinters to that list. Really hits the spot...

We'll see, we'll see. I'm thinking Ducks gonna have a shootout on your Buckeyes.

Sorry, did I say that after you sent? Or did I just shoot myself in the foot?

    Well Hello All.

Sorry to see the damage to your porch Dave. I'm thinking my target might have the same result. My package is loaded, fuses set, FedEx has coordinates, target (in Maryland) should be doomed in a shroud of porch destruction by Thursday.

I don't wanna mention how "cold" most southern Californians think it is right now to all of you folks in truly cold climes, let's just say, "Oh my God, it's been raining!" So of course we have tons of accidents because people here have no clue about driving in "weather."

Just had the new Deliscious IPA from Stone. The pour and smell were both great. Forthy off-white head popping with lemon zest and amarillo. But when you get into it, it's actually fairly understated, particularly for Stone. While I'm not always looking for a hop bomb, I would've liked more citrus, bitter, etc... Not bad, but just not overly impressive.

Looking forward to hearing from my target in the NBS BIF!

    Cheers All

Also....Speaking of OHIO (@WesMantooth ). Since they're not gonna win tomorrow night, I'll show my love toward the great state by paying my respect to one of their great beers.

    Oil of Aphrodite, Jackie O's.

Had this one in a side-by-side with the rum barrel version. The original topped it by a long shot. The walnuts are so subtle yet such a key component to this beautiful drink. I had been wanting to try it for a few years, and it was sooo worth the wait.

It surprised me by being more on the creamy side, like almost to the point where I'd use the word 'buttery' in its description, but I really felt like it worked. I also slather things in butter, so YMMV, but it's worth checking out if you ever see it somehow!

It is an outstanding stout with a very unique flavor. It gets overshadowed a bit by the other world class stuff they make. I agree. The original is better. I like the rum barrel, but it doesnt do for it what the bourbon barrel does for Dark App.

Verbose enough. I think you summed this one up nicely.
