    Stoup - Disco Mullet CDA

16oz can served in a stemless BA rastal. Can is dated 02/13/25.

Pours black with a big (four finger) foamy head. Smell is pine, roast, lemon, maybe some lime, actually.

Taste is very stout-roasty, burnt coffee and grains. A little honeysuckle sweetness, almost simple syrup, but an intense pine bitterness rounds it out nicely.

Mouthfeel is light, airy, smooth. Nice beer.

    Notes:
P dp mahogany w garnet hues, 1f khaki head, looks fantastic
N med to med bold inviting blend of dark sugars, booze, vanilla, barrel
T dark sugars, toffee, dry barrel, light tobacco, sharp booziness in fin, some dark fruit tartness below, light med warmth lingers in the throat
Mf light med bod, med high carb (high for style) kinda masks the profile a bit, airy
O aside from the carb being a bit overbearing, a nicely done ba bwine; pretty good drinkability for 13%+

#2 Great Lakes - Return of the Lake Erie Monster (courtesy of @jzeilinger :heavymetal:)

    Notes:
    P deep copper/caramel w/ a 1f foamy white head

T smooth caramel with lots of candied citrus in the mix, grapefruit and orange, a bit of resinous pine, simple, delicious
Mf full bodied, med to med high carb
    O an excellent dipa!
