Same. The app seems to have changed the way they handle direct links to images. But I'm still able to get the links I need/expect by opening Imgur in a browser.

    Neue Wave
    4.9% ABV rice lager
by Noble Beast in collaboration with HVG

Poured from a pint can, the body is initially a lightly hazy yellow. Soon after warming the chill haze gives way to a clear lager. The white fluffy head soon dissipates but there is light lacing during the tasting.

Aroma has white wine and citrus notes with a bit of rice and floral in the background.

Taste follows nose with a light bitterness, melon and nutty flavor supports the wine and rice. Clean finish with lingering bits of light hop bitterness.

Mouthfeel is light and carbonation good. Crisp.

A very enjoyable beer on today's muggy afternoon.

The words about Imgur are concerning, let me see if they have resolved the issue -
But first, the beer - Drunken Hank, a BBA Old English ale from Trail Point Brewing here in Michigan.
Pours a mahogany reddish brown with a very short beige head that left a single ring of lacing.
The taste surprised me by leading with the essence of an orange liquor followed quickly by black pepper. After that initial burst of flavor, it settled into a semi sweet malty beverage with lots of white bread and warm oak. Quite tasty even. I'm not getting any bourbon, and I don't care, this is nice,
The feel is lightly viscous, almost but not quite barleywine territory. I was enjoying it so much I probably drank it too fast.
OA, really tasty ale. If I see it again, I'm going to get more.

I'm using my phone and the Imgur app.

It used to be that I could go to one of my posts, tap on it to open the photo, and then tap the "Share" icon to get a direct link to the image. The link address would start with "i.imgur.com".

When I'm posting on BA, I would tap on the image icon and paste in the address I copied from Imgur. It's worked without a hitch for years.

Now the address I copy from Imgur doesn't start with "i.imgur.com". When I tap on the image icon in BA and enter the address I copied from Imgur, all I get is an string that reads "[IMG]

I had to go the dialogue box to find them way I used to. Extra 2 steps, super annoying

Mad Rooster Beer Co. Ted Bungee Red Ale, 6.3% ABV; 3.52 overall

Pours an effervescent hazel/crimson with a thumb of fast failing sand colored head. Zero head retention & lacing

    S: Super toasty, toffee notes

T: Follows the nose, faint nuttyness & woody hops up front. Dryness/toastyness, woody hops & toffee as this beer warms up. Finishes with some piney notes, toffee & toastyness

MF: Medium body, dialed back carbonation. Good balance, but the carbonation really flattens out not a redeeming
feature for most the crowlers purchased this weekend

Pretty easy to drink but done in by lack of carbonation. Hurts the flavor profile. These crowlers were $ 2 a pint, but would happily pay more better quality

    A quick New Beer:

    Baerlic Sorry Canada Canadian Lager

Collaboration with Wayfinder Beer (Portland, OR)

It's clear they were aiming for a Molson Canadian clone, and they pretty much nailed it. The color is an appropriate clear straw yellow with a great white head that dissipates quickly and leaves minimal lacing. The nose is full of semi-sweet cereal grains backed with leafy, tea-like hop notes. Doughy grains lead the taste, starting with some sweetness that dries out through the middle. Fleeting glimpses of lemon peel and grass lead into the finish, which is a bit more grainy/malty than Molson Canadian and reminds me more of the finish I used to get from Moosehead. The body is light and the carbonation is appealingly soft, for easy drinkability.

Overall, this is a convincing take on the Canadian lager style.

That said, it isn't notably better than Molson Canadian, yet it's considerably more expensive. So I don't know why I would buy this instead of the original on those rare occasions when I want to scratch that Canadian lager itch.

(Well, apart from the whole "support a local business instead of a multinational conglomerate" thing...)

    Crux - Grade A IPA

    Notes:
P gold w/ a slight chill haze, 1f white head, heavy lace down 1 side of the glass
N soft med to med lychee, pineapple; opens up and becomes bolder quickly, pleasant
T bitey citrus forward leads into pineapple, lychee, and passionfruit over med pale malt, some dankness, pretty tasty, a bit of citrus/piney bitterness lingers
Mf med bodied, med to med high carb
O a solid IPA; drinks lighter than the 7% abv suggests

    Cheers!
