I'm not trying to be a dick here but if they're charging more than $20 then they are really gouging their customers. It's best to just be specific so we can out these retailers.

I picked up a Deconstruction a few weeks ago, after passing on them for a year or so. I gotta say, I wish I'd dropped the damn thing, although it would have been one hell of an explosion. That beer was way out of my wheelhouse. The Meddler, on the other hand, I wish I could still find.

It's not a matter of what I 'think' the release price is. What the bottle sold for at the release can be found online very easily. Taking 40% of that price and adding it to said price does not take a genius. Just a calculator. Maybe.

Dick. No dick. It's all the same. And I already mentioned the store.

    Done here.

I just called up Three Rivers, in Longmont. They're selling Velvet Merkin for $28.99. Damn, this calculator must be broken.

And that is over 40% of the $16.99 price tag at the release. Just saying.

You did the math. Sounds like you already knew the price.

Before of after you edited you comment? Over 40% and 40% over aren't the same thing but you did the math, right?

So it would be great if it were just 40% over, as opposed to over 40%. Shop away.

I bought 2 at 63% each of your pre-edited comment. How did I do?

Argonaut put it all on shelves today (including Pliny, which I skipped over). I did not clean out too much but did grab a Justin Blåbær, one of each Prairie (bomb!, funky galaxy, 'merica, and puncheon), and a couple Jai Alai.

And FWIW, the Pliny was chilled in the back and 9/10/13

Anybody know of more stores with Jai Alai down south?

I've got a bottle that I'd be glad to give up for $25.99, or for two bottles of Big Bad Baptist.

Davidson's has it, but for some reason they're only selling it by the can. They're cheap (something like $1.50 each), though. They also have some of their "cellar" items on the shelf, too.

Stores only received 2-3 cases of six-packs of the stuff. Thats only 8-12 six-packs. Not much to work with.
