Well Orlando just got its first shipment of New Belgium, Just Bombers of 3 brands and Lips of Faith and cans of Shift.

(rep told me they sold something like 6-8 semi trailers full in one day at approx 1200 cases per truck, Holy shitballs)

Happy to say I enjoyed the Ranger, Shift and tripple last night. Not the most amazing version of those styles I have ever had but good beer reasonably Priced.

For those of you waiting for NB to arrive in FL. TW and ABC have the regular Bombers on sale for $2.49 each. 12 packs of Shift are $14.99. Not sure how long the promotion is going to last.

A buddy and I are sharing cases of Ranger and Fat Tire and the Heffe.

Not a bad after work bomber for the price.

What do you all think of NB hitting Florida?

Enjoyed a Ranger last night, was however not pleased with the Lips of Faith Pluot. Lol.

I like that they're here. Some of the lips of faith stuff is pretty nice, and Ranger is solid. What I like most about this though is, New Belgium, to me, is a gate way brewery. I know one of the first craft beers I ever had was fat tire. And although its not a top of the line brew, I sure enjoyed my fair share of it back in the 90's before craft really took off. I hope that it will do for others what it did for me 15-20 years ago.

Whole Foods Market Carrollwood (in Tampa) is doing a sale: 3 bombers for 6 bucks. I saw a few cases leaving the store yesterday. There a 12 bottle limit.

I've tried several of NB brews and they are okay. The standout that I've tried is the Lips of Faith - La Folie Sour Brown Ale. Some funky sour goodness going on in that one..

Our Publix in Plant City has stock in 3 items, but are in the back until tomorrow. Starting tomorrow, Publix, and this should be statewide, will sell bombers for $3.99, buy 2 , get 1 free for this week's sale. This nets at $2.66 per 22oz bottle. I know Fat Tire and Ranger are two of the styles, but I don't know the third, but 6 bottles will come home with me tomorrow. I've never had a NB brew, so look out taste buds.

Edit: Put a mag glass on the ad. The 3rd is Blue Paddle.

NB La Folie is tied with GI Juliet as two of my favorite American Sours BTW.

You should go out the Fort Collins and see their foeders. They have a massive wood cellar. I think it's 2nd largest in the world, behind Rodenbach (someone can correct me if I'm misremembering)

I know Grassroots in Jax got a big case deal right before I left, so the regular bombers should be cheap as balls there, I think $3.99 each or even less.

I just so happened to be in Walgreens (Pensacola) after work and stumbled on their NB display. FT and Ranger bombers for $3.99. Picked up one of each and will give them a whirl this weekend.

I work at a Publix and set up my display, Blue Paddle will not be available. The products we have are Fat Tire, Ranger, Sunshine Wheat, and Trippel, and I expect every other Publix to have the same products.

I went to Fresh market for lunch and they had 5 beers from the lips of faith series and four of their usual offerings. A big surprise.

Heard from ABC and Total Wine that the non-sale price of core New Belgium bombers will be under $3 each. A new era of affordable 22-ounce bottles?

Pluot, Paardebloem, Cascara, and Feijoa should be at the usual stops around Jax.

i love the shift pale lager as well as the ranger. havent had a fat tire iun a while, but at <3.00 per 22 oz, you cant go wrong......and if they continue this, it will fly off the shelves and not have to worry about freshness issues!
