    Haha not sure.

But I will say she is very presentable for a woman with a lot of years on her.

I know that there is also going to be keg distro throughout Colorado on a limited basis with GABF around the corner.

It's not really an anomaly, it was a combination of New Belgium making a big mistake and your retailer making a bigger mistake. NBB used the same bar code for Le Terroir as they did for the Yuzu Berliner Weisse, despite the fact that the wholesale price was almost double that of the Yuzu. Since it's a "seasonal sku", many chain stores just get approval for that sku so that when one seasonal runs out the next one automatically comes in, and you most likely snagged it before their buyer noticed the price difference and adjusted their computer.

Man, fuck you New Belgium for raising the price to $17 in CO whether it was a mistake or not. Its good beer but I bought some FW Velvet Merkin instead for two dollars less. :sunglasses:

Looks like you guys in mid and western NC are getting all the Le Terroir. From what my bottle shop is saying, Wilmington won't be seeing any. :slight_frown:

Pretty sure it is flash pasteurized.

I know La Folie was not conditioned (after it was originally) so this is likely the same, and this beer has a really awesome peachy hop presence that shines through. So you might want to drink soon if you're concerned about hops fading.

It's bottle conditioned; there was a post in the mountain forum from one of the people at NB, and they lightly pasteurize La Folie, but still bottle condition it.

Curious what you think "flash pasteurized" would do to detract from buying this beer?

All over the tri-cities in East Tennessee, I only got allocated 16 cases for all Kingsport, Johnson City, and surroundings! It's out there. It's a fantastic brew, a diamond amongst " light beer" hell. Only available in liquor stores and bombers usually last a while out here!!

Fairly limited in Charlotte surprisingly and seems to be around 9.99

I assumed there would be a lot more to go around but my shop only got a case or two. Hopefully more surfaces in the following weeks. I could always use more affordable sours.

The beer has been aging for years. In oak barrels which promote a better environment for flavor production than a bottle. Its a pretty complex beer w/out needing to age. Win/win.
