I haven't seen anything on here about it but a new brewery has opened up in Stonington, CT. The Beer’d Brewing Co. 22 Bayview Ave. The American Velvet Mill; Unit # 15 Stonington, CT. 06355 I went there on Friday and they were doing samples and growler fills. They had 3 beers on tap: a Wit, an Oatmeal Stout and a Black IPA. I believe they said they are open Fri 5-9 and Sat, Sun afternoons (I forgot those times). I know they are open Tues and Weds this week 5-9 due to Thanksgiving.
The black ipa is awesome! Was VERY pleasantly surprised. The wit is good as well. Have not tried the stout.
