Frost Beer Works in Hinesburg. Went last night. They had a few IPA's. A 5 percent Pale Ale cascade, a 7.5 percent IPA Citra/Simcoe, and a 8.7 percent IPA Cascade/Simcoe/Citra. Very much in west coast style, although guy there said they had some Vermont styles on deck. I'm not a beer genius so I'm not going to post my first impression (good or bad). They've been open only for a few weeks and I'll let them settle in and let a decent size sample of drinkers post their reviews. I will say my growler flatted out a bit after about 24 hours, so I hope they get that down. I'm pulling for them.

Good to know about them, will have to check them out. The bar is high for a new brewery in VT.

I stopped last week, nice set up, IPA's only which is a bit troubling. One trick ponies have short careers, so I hope they come to market really soon with other offerings. I live within 3 miles of this place and am praying for diverse and creative offerings.
