New Brewery to expand to your State

I was excited to hear that Smuttynose was coming to California, but then I realized it's probably only SoCal. No Great Divide, Avery, Smuttynose, and I'm sure more that we don't get in the Bay Area /end bitching session.

I've really enjoyed Boulevard being in CA the past year.

 

I guess Avery is coming Back to OK. That makes me happy

 

Ohio just got Clown Shoes. 2014 supposed to get New Belgium & Deschutes!

 

Oskar Blues made it to Indiana today!

 

5 years?!? Yeesh, that's tough, but I'll go with Firestone Walker, but, if Boneyard made it to my corner of my state more regularly, they would get the vote. The breweries I want to see sooner rather than later? Selkirk Abbey, Brooklyn, Troegs, Smuttynose, Selins' Grove, Founders, and Crooked Stave (who, theoretically has distro here, but...).

 

We can't get Westbrook in NC!!!

 

Oh, but like, NY-NY, right? Not the rest of the state, I'm assuming.

Up here in upstate NY we recently got Bell's and Jack's Abby. Two absurdly great additions, in my opinion.

Was happy to hear that my nearest good bottle shop in Reading Pa had got hold of some Cigar City Jai Alai. It seems it rarely makes it out of Philly.

Huzzah! I just got the word that Jack's Abby is not too far from me (I knew Rockland County was 'upstate')- I'm really looking forward to picking up some Smoke and Dagger.

 

Ha! I told a friend of mine from the city to come visit sometime in Syracuse and he asked if Metro North made it that far. I just laughed, because I assumed it was a joke—I didn't know Metro North was an actual thing.

Anyway, yeah we've got Jabby Brau, Hoponious Union, Smoke & Dagger, and Lashes Lager in sixers up here. It's pretty great. I asked if we'd be getting any Mass Rising and Kiwi Rising, and I was told sometime next month so here's hoping.

 

That's great to hear- it just gets better and better.

 

Indiana really got upgraded this year. Oskar Blues, Green Flash, some Fat Heads, and apparently DFH is coming back soon. If we can get Lagunitas after the Chicago brewery is up and running I may not have to leave this state once I retire.

 

Yeah, it's in the city. I wish we could get Bell's and Jack's Abby. I just picked up a bunch of Abbys on a recent trip north, so good!!!

 

Odell, 10 Barrel, and Uinta are the big one's I've seen come into my native area of Boise. However, over the last 5 years our market has probably added 40 new breweries to distro and those are just my top 3.

Founders, I hear NEWB is coming not that care. Meaning they were here and I thought its not Belgian beer to me. I pass.

 

Maine Beer Co to Illinois this week!

 

Nebraska just got Deschutes and gets Founders in early December.
