http://www2.macleans.ca/2012/11/01/a-belgian-brew-by-way-of-beamsville/ A very interesting read. Wonder how they'll release it commercially?
It's going to be released once it's been blended, so this probably wont see the light of day for another 2-3 years...
schoune did/does some lambic as well. hopefully the trend continues and we get some quality sours coming out of canada.

Given it takes over a year for any lambic to begin actually tasting like something, we shouldn't be too quick to hype this one. Not even the brewers can tell you if it's going to be good yet. It's all up to the yeast/bacteria right now.
If I had to guess only a couple of the barrels will end up tasting good, but I hope for the best... If you don't control your input, you can't be ensured of a good pLambic
Don't think Schoune's lambic was intentional, speaking of crap breweries in another thread Schoune should top the list.
Yeah, never tried their "sours" just their regular line-up but a lot of locals have soured on them (sorry, too easy!) Speaking of crap breweries, Breughel tops the list for me.
There are a few breweries out west, Driftwood and Storm to be exact, who have been releasing sour beer for a few years now. Driftwood just release their second attempt called the mad bruin.
