    Just a heads up, we will be hosting a ct tap takeover with matt from New England Saturday night at 5pm at New York Pizza Co. In Plainfield. We will have Gandhi, hag, pilsner, coriolis, premed, 668, 11 trooper, 11' ww, quad, ghost pigeon, and a cask of 2012 coffee stout trooper.

    I don't like Wet Willy fresh - too hot for me. At 1-2 years, it's superb IMHO. I wouldn't call it "balanced", it's still a malt bomb, but very smooth, well integrated, and complex (and no I don't mean "complex" as a synonym for "strong").

    Gonna be hitting the brewery on my way up to the casino tomorrow. If anyone wants to meet up for some tasters and maybe open a bottle or 2, let me know. Should be there around 12:30 or 1.
