    Good evening gents,

Im going to be making my first beer run to the Northeast from NY and was wondering what website do you think is the most trustworthy to follow so i'm not driving around all day. Any ideas of places to just avoid would also be helpful!

    Thanks for any input

Id like to get my hands on the usual suspects... heady, sips, HF, tree etc etc...

    I was looking at
    beermenus
    seekabrew
    thebeerexchange

Check Alchemist, Lawson's, HF, and Tree House websites. All have great info!

Make sure you hit up Tree House. Better than all the others imho.

Beermenus can be accurate, look at the "updated" date. If it's been a few days, don't trust it. For Heady, follow @HeadySpotter on Twitter or the website.

Also, we're not all gents. :stuck_out_tongue:

Sip can be found im CT, not tooo easy to find though, gotta grab it within a couple days of it being shipped. Also, would recommend New England Brewing if it is on your way, check their facebook page for updates and stuff. Or could find a six pack of Sea Hag IPA at a liquor store in CT. Really good stuff and not too hard to find.

As previously stated, Check Alchemist, Lawson's, HF, and Tree House websites are the big destinations. If you find yourself in Portland ME, try Allagash, most of their beers aren't too hard to find, but if you hit the coolship line is much harder to get. Smuttynose, in Hampton NH, also has a lot of limited releases. Neither of these breweries is obsessed with hops, so if that's your goal, don't go out of your way. Jack's Abby usually has a few brewery only offerings, but I think you can get those in NY?
