No worries! I might have a chance to swing by there next week and was wondering if it was worth taking the long way home.

I just stopped in today. In addition to the pils and the regular items. They had nectar 22 that I think was just released. The other ones were bourbon barrel stout, fruit melange, and vintage 20. Those were all 2 per and were $15 each. Nothing else there you can’t get at any where else

Yes, unfortunately only available at the taproom and on draft at a few bars in NG.

Had a kind friend grab me a 4-pack of 22 Pils while he was there. Overall a very tasty beer and I enjoyed it. Would certainly buy another 4-pack or two if I was out in that area but guess I'll live with my one 4-pack; now the search turns for Nectar Ale.

I am guessing that we will never see Iced Barleywine or Smoked Rye again.

I'm sure this has been brought up before, but I've forgotten the answer, so: Do we know why Scream became hazy (was it a few years back)? I still really like the beer, but it's not quite as refreshing as it used to be, and I'm always looking to get away from haze when possible nowadays.

Iced Barleywine, no. It’s illegal to make that style without a distillers license now.

I was not aware. Is this a Wisconsin or federal law?

When did this happen? CW just released cans of their BA Iced BW back in February.

Maybe it’s a state by state thing. Illinois breweries can’t legally make icebock until they pay for a distillers license

either that or CW is ganster as hell

Here's a short thread from a few years ago. Per usual, Jess has the bottom line info.

What do we think the odds are they'll have an R&D (or more) queued up for release on GTMW-Eve?
